Q: How do I check the status of my order?
A: Upon placing your order, please allow our fulfillment warehouse up to 48 hours to process your order. The packaged goods will be shipped as soon as possible. Once the order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email and a tracking number. If you are curious about the status of your shipment, you can visit our Shipping & Delivery page (located in the footer of our home page) to learn how to track your order.
Q: How do I request an order cancellation?
A: If you have placed an order with Elarony and qualify for a cancellation, please note that there will be a $5.00 restocking fee applied to the order.
Q: How do I cancel a subscription?
A: Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the link labeled “Subscription Management.”
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: We source our products from the USA, Europe, and Asia. For domestic orders in the United States, you can expect your shipment to arrive within 7 to 14 business days. For international orders, please allow up to 14 business days.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, we provide worldwide shipping.
Q: Is your website secure for my personal information?
A: Absolutely! You will notice the use of SSL security on our site to ensure all of your personal information is encrypted. Your credit card information is used only at the time of purchase and is not stored afterward.
Q: How do I place an order on your website?
A: Once you find a product you are interested in, simply click the "Add to Cart" button. Fill in your shipping and billing information, and we will have your order shipped to you as soon as possible.
Q: What is your Refund Policy?
A: We strive to provide the best customer service possible! If you receive a damaged product, please contact us at support@Elarony.com to see if you qualify for a refund or exchange. Please note that if 30 days have passed since your goods were delivered, we cannot offer a refund of any kind.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition in which you received it, and in its original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Any item that has been tampered with or is not in its original condition will not be eligible for a refund. You will need to send the product to us for inspection, and your refund will be processed within 3–6 business days of our receipt of the item. After the product has been inspected, your refund or exchange will be issued. Please note that all shipping costs are non-refundable and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
